I had a weird but cool idea; make the XFCE panel change color tints based on system
info such as RAM or CPU usage or temperature. It may help incourage users to be more
mindful of system resources available as sort of a negative reinforcement tool. I 
have no idea how I would make that happen though.

Copied xfce-perchannel-xml over to the root version just in case using a different
username results in an undesired default panel setup. I did the same thing with
PsychOS 2.x.

I know I don't use it that much because of autologin, but I may want to double-check
Slim's wallpaper.

I'm going to have to rewrite the 'image-edit' script; it's garbage.
