To get Internet working with QEMU, install it like normal and use 
FDIMPLES with the ISO mounted to install the Network tools. You would 
then run QEMU as:

    qemu-system-i386 -hda psychdos.img -m 256 -rtc base=localtime \
    -soundhw sb16,adlib,pcspk -device sga -net nic,model=pcnet -net user
