PsychDOS now has "from anywhere" VIEW.EXE and EDIT.EXE as long as you
are in the SHELL from PsychDOS and was launched using the RUNME.BAT.
These programs are still not perfect, however.

I also created "PROGRAMS\SYSTEM\BIN\SLIDES.EXE" so that users can start
a slideshow using PictView from anywhere, as well as another version of
SLIDES.EXE for use from Programs --> PictView --> Slideshow based on
the current Active File's directory.
