This essentially not only doubles the amount of software you can add to PsychDOS but also helps you separate out the ones that take file-path arguments versus those that cannot. When you do utilize the Globally option and choose to run one of your own pieces of software to edit the Active File, you may have noticed while editing the GLOBAL.DAT file via the "Cust0m --> Edit" option that there was a path to a program called "GMENUHLP.EXE". This helper program is what is used to read the contents of "CONFIG\ACTVFILE.CFG" and to help change directories since GMENU would change the directory to "PROGRAMS\SYSTEM" where the GMENUHLP.EXE is and that is not what we want. If none of this makes sense but for some reason QB45 and/or VBDOS does, there is source code available for PsychDOS on the website at https://psychoslinux.gitlab.io.
