The DOS version of BOCHS that comes with PsychDOS is believed to be 
version 2.6.2 due to sourceforge.net dating it as 2013-05-26. The 
compiled version was created by Georg Potthast on 16th December 2013 
according to the README.TXT. Also, the modified date confirms this. The 
next version was not released until 2014-06-01. The source code's 
COPYING file say that it falls under the GNU Lesser General Public 
License Version 2.1.

However, this is somewhat an assumption because the man page does not 
say what license, just that it is based off of Dialog, which is
