I tried installing and running 'Wally' so people could have an Internet-powered,
dynamic wallpaper; however, it doesn't really work all that well, so I removed it.

I found an interesting package called 'krita-sketch' that was originally intended
for touchscreens, but getting it to install would take up too much space (KDE
requirements) and people can just use 'mypaint.'

If PsychOS 3.2.0 compiles with enough room to upgrade 'GIMP' from 2.8 to 2.10, I 
might go ahead and do that since 2.10's palette location is in "~/.config" instead
of "~/.gimp-2.8".
