Working on adding Gimp and Krita color palettes. I'm having to edit Krita's
'.kpl' palette files, which are nearly identical to GIMP's '.gpl' files, 
and change the column number since I can't from within Krita. I'm also going
back and adding names to the colors using http://chir.ag/projects/name-that-color.
I also found an X11 color-set at https://www.colorcodehex.com/sort-by-color-name.html.

!! [2019/20/15] - Later, the color names were determined by changing the default
                  GPick color names list to use colors from http://www.resene.co.nz
                  while making sure that the license meantioned above the list remained.
                  I did have to edit the crap out of the colors list to make it GPick
                  compatible.
