After checking PsychOS.i686-2.6.1.pdf:
    * Add catfish or searchmonkey
    * pip install termfeed podfox
    * Add AntConc, PhysMo, GameEditor, OHRRPGCE, Python IDLE
    * Copy GIMP configs
    * Add Blender addons
    * Fix RadioTray bookmarks and pyradio
    * Take a look at /etc/sysconfig/windowmanager
    * Add multiple instances of PsychOS icons to 
          /usr/share/icons/hicolor/#.#/apps/xfce-whiskermenu.png
    * Replace /usr/share/wallpapers/xfce/xfce-blue.jpg just in case the system
      does something funky.
      
    * /etc/xdg/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/
        - xsettings.xml
        - xfwm4.xml
        - xfce4-power-manager.xml
        - xfce4-panel.xml
        - xfce4-mixer.xml
        - xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml
        - xfce4-appfinder.xml
        
    * /etc/xdg/xfce4/panel/default.xml
    
    !![2019/02/15] - Confirmed that the method in which PsychOS 3.x uses to
                     respin does not require that these files be edited.
                     Matter of fact, it will do more harm than good.
                     
Make sure to add license info on PsychOS icons and wallpapers.
Check for any Adobe Flash related packages.

Because of the license, I'll have to create an AntConc installer.
