*Found what may be a good application to try for wordprocessing called wordgrinder
*Might add finch as a command line alternative for Pidgin
*As an extra note, I tried installing Kiwi packages to build locally and it is breaking PsychOS; I recieved an email regarding a submitted issue (about a month or so late) and build issues were blamed on "bit rotting."
