* MIDI was fixed in PsychOS 2.5.5-2, possibly earlier; issue may have 
  been inexperience with JACK.
  
* Chemistry tools were installed
    - Avogadro  - 3D chem modeler
    - BKChem - 2D chem modeler

* Dillo web browser was added
    - Compiled with ssl support
        [] ./configure -enable-ssl
    - Really fast HTML & CSS only browser
    - Good for looking up quick information
    
* Installed yast2-ntp-client
- Controls internet time/date sync
- Figured this would be installed by the system or YaST by default, but 
  guess not
  
* Installed Sonic Visualiser
    - View and analyze audio files
    - Can install Vamp plugins: www.vamp-plugins.org
    - If using for research, the makers ask to cite: 
      www.sonicvisualiser.org/sv2010.pdf
      
* Installed XRandR and ARandR (gui for XRandR)
    - Good for changing screen settings, including tint colors
        [] Can find out display name by launching ARandR
        [] xrandr -output [display name] -gamma 1:0:0  -> red screen
        [] xrandr -output [display name] -gamma 1:1:1  -> normal screen
        
* Attempting to enable repos by default because there are a lot of them

* Still need to figure a way to add certain programs to the menus
