I added 'qr-filetransfer' program (pip install) for being able to transfer 
files between a phone and computer using QR code.

I tried building 'cameramonitor' from source since I can't find a .deb
package. There's supposedly one on Softpedia, but I can't get the site to
work. So, I tried using source code found on AUR. However, I got stumped
on having dbus-python as a dependency. Camera Monitor is a system tray
icon that notifies you when your webcam is on.

Adding more Thunar Custom Actions:
    - Open DOOM WAD files with GZDoom if installed
    - Search here
    - Burn ISO
    - Open RPG file with OHRRPGCE
    - Open BAS files with QB64
    
The reason for "Open With" options as opposed to telling the system to
open that file with a particular program is because it will change all 
plain text files (and unknown ones) to open with, for example, OHRRPGCE
instead of an actual text editor.

I went ahead and added the MakeHuman addon for Blender because it is no
longer included with MakeHuman during the install and a pain to find.

Added an XFCEMeltdown script for just in case it starts acting weird,
which usually only happens after running certain cache cleaners like
Bleachbit.
