##################################################################### # 2019/09/04 - PsychOS 3.4.6 - Instant Meshes, Aseprite, and GrafX2 # ##################################################################### I'm compiling 'Instant Meshes' on a 2008 netbook and it is taking forever. I also plan on adding 'Aseprite' but I'm limited to using the v1.1.6-dev version because of the switch from GPL v2 to a very limiting EULA version. The only real advantage to 'Aseprite' over 'GrafX2' is the onion skin for animations. [Edit: 2019/10/20] - I discovered a work around with the lack of onion skinning for 'GrafX2' while watching a bunch of YouTube videos by 'PixelOutlaw.' All you do is just copy and past the previous frame but when drawing the new movements, use a very bright and out-of- place color. Then when done, change that color's index to what you actually need it to be. I tried working on a skin for 'GrafX2' while waiting on 'Instant Meshes' to compile. I had to give up because 'GrafX2' is way too picky about the colors and pixel placement. I will be including a few color palettes as well as some Lua scripts.
