I tried to find a working build of Tails version 2.12, the last 32-bit
Tails release, and there aren't any. Security concerns aside, I'm not
sure if it would have the tools built-in that I'm looking for anyway.

[Update 2019/10/20] - I tested the latest version of Tails as of the 
                      above date and other than having all Internet
                      connections go through Tor, it's not that great for
                      something so large in size and resource hungry.
                      But, that's GNOME for you.
